However the disillusionment appears in your life, if it is not addressed, it will lead to a dangerous downward spiral. In the life of Judas, we can take a look at disillusionment at its worst. From examining his life, it seems that disillusionment can be broken down into a cycle containing five steps. Here is what I call the downward spiral of disillusionment.
