At the start of a new year, it is an appropriate time for us to do a little instant replay, for us to look back on 2024 and examine some significant moments, some critical decisions, some relationships, to look closely at the path we’re on, to learn from that so that in 2025 we can say, “Hey, after further review, here are some things that need attention. Here’s what’s not working; here’s what is working.”
