A Friend of the Addicted

Jesus’ disciples went from fear to fear in just a few hours. When a ferocious storm rose on the Sea of Galilee, Jesus stood up and said, “Peace be still,” and the storm quieted. When they landed on shore, they must have been horrified once again because Jesus directed them to the region of Gadara, where a violent, demon-possessed man lived. The man had a legion of demons inside him, and Jesus overcame those demons that had control of this man’s life.
